DESCRIPTION:
Chinese, Skeleton clock, after the style of Harrison, with a grass hopper escapement, single fusee timepiece, in a glazed case w/ brass edges, front door for winding, and a drawer in the base to hold the key.
CONDITION:
as with many fussy clocks, this one got out of adjustment in shipping, and now wants to run for a few minutes and then stop. It actually goes into a bind that is not obvious, and once it gets past that bind, it takes off running again for a few minutes. Ht of case 18"
